Job Description

Digital Solutions and Data Specialist

IT and Digital
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Office Based

Diaverum is a Swedish-born, multinational healthcare organisation providing life-enhancing renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease. With more than 15,000 employees across 25 countries, and over 1,400 colleagues in 33 cities and towns across the Kingdom, we combine global experience with strong local presence. Our vision is to transform renal care by broadening access to high-quality kidney care. This is enabled by our standardised care delivery model, continuously evolving digital and AI capabilities, and people who care with competence, passion and inspiration.
At Diaverum Saudi Arabia, digital transformation is not about technology for the sake of technology. It is about making healthcare work better for patients, clinic teams, leaders and the organization as a whole.
We are already a digitally enabled healthcare organization, but we believe the next step is to make digital tools even more practical, intelligent and embedded in daily work. That means reducing manual tasks, improving access to information, strengthening decision-making and exploring how automation and AI can enable our people in delivering better care.
We are now looking for a Digital Solutions and Data Specialist who wants to help us turn real business needs into practical digital solutions using automation, data, Microsoft tools and AI to improve how we work and how we serve.

The Role

Digital Solutions and Data Specialist sits at the center of our digital operations. You will design, build and sustain tools that make work faster and decisions better. You will translate process challenges into Power Platform solutions, turn raw data into useful reports and help teams adopt automation and AI tools in a practical way.

What You Will Help Us Build

You will help design, develop and improve digital tools that make daily work easier and decision-making better.
This may include:
•    Automating manual workflows and approval processes.
•    Building simple internal applications for teams and clinics.
•    Creating dashboards and reports that help leaders see what matters.
•    Supporting patient feedback, operational follow-up and internal service processes.
•    Exploring how AI and Copilot tools can improve access to knowledge and support better ways of working.
•    Helping teams adopt digital tools in a practical and responsible way.

You do not need to have done all of this before. What matters is that you are curious, structured, willing to learn and able to translate problems into useful solutions

Who You Are

We are looking for someone with a builder mindset.
You may come from IT, data, automation, business analysis, process improvement or another digital role. You may already be strong in Microsoft Power Platform, or you may have built your experience through other tools and are ready to deepen your skills.

What matters most is that you enjoy solving problems, working with people and creating tools that are actually used.

You will be well-suited to this role if you:
•    Are curious about automation, data and AI tools.
•    Care about data quality, security and doing things properly.
•    Learn new tools quickly and apply them with good judgement.
•    Are comfortable working across multiple projects and teams.
•    Want your work to have an impact beyond the screen.

Experience and Qualifications

You bring real experience building and delivering digital solutions, not just maintaining them.

What we need:
•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
•    4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
•    A track record of delivering solutions end-to-end, from gathering requirements to deployment and ongoing support.

What you need to be able to do:
•    Develop Power BI reports and dashboards from business requirements.
•    Build Canvas and Model-Driven apps in Power Apps.
•    Create and manage Power Automate flows, both cloud and desktop.
•    Work with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse and Microsoft Teams integrations.
•    Handle REST APIs and JSON data.

What gives you an edge:
•    Hands on Microsoft Copilot Studio and prompt configuration.
•    Familiarity with Azure services and intermediate data modelling.
•    Knowledge of PDPL or healthcare data compliance.
•    Microsoft certifications PL-200, PL-300 or AI-900. Certified candidates will be given priority

What Makes This Role Meaningful

In many organizations, digital roles focus mainly on systems. At Diaverum, your work will focus on something more important: the delivery of healthcare.
The workflows you automate, the dashboards you build and the AI tools you help introduce can reduce administrative burden, improve visibility, enable better decisions and allow teams to spend more time on what matters most.
This is not a support role. You will have real scope, work on problems that matter and see the impact of what you deliver. You will be part of a growing digital environment where your skills develop alongside the organization.

Ready to Make a Difference?

This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven healthcare organization at a time when digital, data and AI are becoming central to how we improve care, operations and people experience.
If you are passionate about digital, curious about healthcare and motivated by building solutions that make a real difference, we would like to hear from you, even if your background does not match every point above.
