You will manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and scope to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in alignment with client expectations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) defined in client contracts are met or exceeded.

In addition, you will lead teams responsible for the setup and installation of technical systems, applications, and process solutions tied to client technology and business process engagements. The Director will also collaborate closely with consulting, sales, and project management teams to develop implementation strategies and resource plans that anticipate client demand and workforce needs.
