What You'll Do
As the Branch Director, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide leadership and oversight for clinical and administrative operations
Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Drive branch growth, operational excellence, and financial performance
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent
Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
Manage budgeting, staffing, payroll, and operational processes
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
Monitor patient satisfaction and quality outcomes
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices
Serve as a resource and mentor to branch staff
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous leadership experience in home health, healthcare operations, or a related healthcare setting
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Strong operational, financial, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare technology platforms
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
Ability to travel locally as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing branch operations, budgets, and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations
Experience driving business growth and community partnerships
