About the role:

In this opportunity as an AI Data Analyst/Data Engineer, you will:

  • Support the architecture, development, design, and maintenance of complex, interactive, and dynamic reports and dashboards using AI platforms, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Implement AI across various solutions, leveraging enterprise AI platforms, tools, LLMs, RAGs, etc.
  • Develop & build scalable LLM/RAG based solutions, data pipelines, ETL workflows as well as optimize data models as well as continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies.
  • Partner strategically with stakeholders to define complex reporting needs, deliver high-impact actionable insights, and drive data-informed strategies.
  • Implement AI and machine learning techniques to innovate solutions and provide predictive & prescriptive insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover critical trends, patterns, and anomalies that directly inform strategic business decisions.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, integrity, accuracy, and governance across all reporting solutions, and mentor team members on these standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes and tools, proactively research and implement cutting-edge industry trends and technologies, and contribute to the team's technical roadmap.
  • Articulate complex findings and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders through compelling presentations and comprehensive reports.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Data Engineer if you:

  • Have 4 to 6+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or a data engineering role, with a proven track record of leading complex reporting and dashboard projects and delivering impactful business intelligence solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Claude, Power BI, Tableau, Python (for data analysis and scripting), Excel (including advanced functions and modeling), and PowerPoint.
  • In addition, be proficient in tools such as Snowflake, R, Alteryx, Power Automate for complex data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
  • Have intermediate-level skills in SQL for complex data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and query optimization.
  • Have extensive, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI solutions and machine learning algorithms to solve challenging business problems.
  • Have extensive experience with building data pipelines, collaborating with data consumers and being proficient with data models.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude AI, etc.
  • Exhibit exceptional data analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic business insights.
  • Possess outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Have a proven ability to lead initiatives, operate with a high degree of autonomy, collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Possess an understanding and practical experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, data governance principles, and emerging AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to connect data insights to broader business strategy and outcomes.
