Job Description
The cheer coach position does not require employment with the district. However, the coach will work closely with the school sponsor to ensure all district and UIL requirements are met. The district will provide a stipend for the cheer coach position.
The primary responsibilities of the cheer coach will include:
- Organizing pep rally schedules and routes
- Coordinating cheers and crowd involvement
- Assisting with stunting and routines
- Supporting practices and overall squad organization
