Senior Director, Individual Products

The Senior Director, Individual & Family Business (IFB) is responsible for the overall strategy, product development, and performance of Medica’s IFB portfolio. This role oversees the IFB P&L, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence, and ensures the health and competitiveness of the IFB product suite. The Sr Director leads a cross-functional team to deliver on business objectives, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Network, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders. This position reports to the VP, Employer & Individual, who holds full P&L accountability for the combined Employer & Individual portfolio. Performs other duties as assigned.
