Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
Must have skills : Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs), Pytest, Kubernetes, security (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC), Kafka

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The work environment encourages adopting new technologies and methodologies, focusing on cloud-based and agile approaches to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language), Python building production services, Kubernetes, Pytest, Large Language Models (LLMs) & Proven delivery of LLM/GenAI systems: prompts, tool/function calling, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong experience in backend and frontend development using Python frameworks and libraries.
-Backend expertise: FastAPI/Django, async programming, testing (pytest), and performance profiling.
- Frontend proficiency: React/Next.js, TypeScript, state management (Redux/RTK/Zustand), and component testing (Jest/RTL/Cypress).
- Retrieval: embeddings and indexing, vector DBs, query/rerank strategies, and data governance basics.DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, basic Kubernetes (deployments, secrets, config), monitoring (App Insights/Prometheus/Grafana).
- Strong API design, security (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, RBAC), and observability skills.
- Azure AI/OpenAI experience Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Search, Key Vault, Purview, Event Hubs.
- Experience with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel planners/memory/skills.
- Knowledge of document pipelines (pdf/images/OCR), rerankers, and safety tooling.
- Experience with feature stores / ML inference, or streaming (Kafka/Event Hubs).
- Performance/load testing (Locust/Gatling/JMeter) and cost governance for LLM workloads.
- Familiarity with container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks, particularly Pytest, to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Understanding of large language models and their application in software solutions.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient code in a cloud-first environment.
