Job Description
Our national multi-family management company seeks a Asset Manager with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to be responsible for marketing, leasing, and maintaining positive resident relations The Asset Manager is responsible for maximizing the value of a portfolio of multifamily and/or build-to-rent assets through actively overseeing operations, financial performance, and strategic execution. This role focuses on lease-up execution, stabilization, investor reporting, and lender management.

· Oversee asset performance relative to underwriting and business plans
· Lead lease-up strategies, including pricing, concessions, and absorption pacing
· Prepare and analyze financial models, budgets, and forecasts
· Lead investor reporting and communications
· Manage lender reporting, loan compliance, and lender relationships
· Coordinate construction drawings and capital projects
· Support acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing efforts
· Coordinate across property management, development, and accounting teams

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS
Incumbents work in an office environment, but also will have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous. Will be periodically called upon to work long hours including, but not limited to weekends and evenings.

TYPICAL MENTAL CAPABILITIES
Must be able to read and write in English at a college level to prepare paperwork, complete reports and interpret instructions. Must be able to compose letters using proper punctuation and grammar. Must have mathematical skills at college level. Must be able to apply common sense understanding on a continual
basis to determine actions, priorities and prepare computer reports. Decisions are based on standard operating procedures with few deviations. Will have regular contact with all levels of associates and therefore must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Must handle stressful, urgent, novel and diverse work situations daily. Emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
DEGREES AND DIPLOMAS
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field. MBA or MSRE preferred.
SPECIFIC SKILLS/EQUIPMENT
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Familiarity with ResMan, RealPage, LRO, and Juniper Square. Strong understanding of real estate financial metrics and loan structures. Strong communication and presentation skills.
EXPERIENCE OR SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
5–10 years of experience in asset management, development, acquisitions, or real estate finance. Direct experience managing lease-up assets and driving stabilization is required. Proven experience with investor reporting, lender reporting, loan compliance, and lender relationship management is required
