Training & Pay
Training lasts up to two weeks. After training, you'll serve as a flexible mowing technician assisting the Crew Leader wherever needed. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, giving you weekends to recharge. Advancement opportunities include Crew Assistant and Crew Leader positions.
