The Senior Underwriter builds dynamic relationships, maintains a strong distribution channel, drives written premium growth, and maximizes renewal retention while delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction within our footprint of Independent Agencies.  Key functions will include but are not limited to: - Strengthens relationships and educates agents within agency plan to maximize opportunities and achieve profitable growth. -
