At the core of IT operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring service continuity and performance by managing end to end user support and maintaining workplace environments. Working closely with teams across Saint-Quentin-Fallavier and Paris, you’ll handle a wide range of activities (Service Desk, equipment management, continuous improvement) to deliver reliable, client focused service.
