Ignite Visibility, a fast-growing, award-winning U.S. digital marketing company, is looking for a talented full-time contract Sr. Technical Product Manager to join our team.

Position Summary
We are looking for a client facing product manager with technical skills to onboard and build our RevConnect product line. RevConnect is a marketing technology product that enables us to show true RoAS (return on ad-spend) based on having a bi-directional CRM integration to display performance reporting in our client facing portal. This individual will be able to provide client training, mapping requirements, project management, roadmap ownership, and understand integration needs with common media platforms like Google, Meta, etc. This role is project-based with an estimated commitment of 40 hours per week through the end of year.
Scope of Services (Essential Functions)
List specific deliverables, tasks, and project expectations. Focus on outputs, not hours.

Client Scoping of CRM and Media Channel Integrations. Field mappings, attribution, and revenue alignment. Likely 3 new clients per month.

Delivery of development requirements to the engineering team to match those of the client integration.

Manage a cross-functional team of an additional product manager, 1 web developer, 1 QA, while working directly with a shared engineering organization.

Support demos of the RevConnect product during the sales process.

Verify data accuracy from lead generation through CRM, into media channels, and shown in client portal.

Internal roadmap scoping of net new media channels for conversion tracking.
Working Relationship & Communication

Point of Contact: Reports to the VP - Data, Analytics, Insights

Meetings: Analytics weekly department, product L10, Client Demo's, Client onboarding

Response Time: Respond to emails/Slack messages within 2 hours

Tools: Contractor will use Ignite's [list tools, e.g., Slack, GSuite, Monday.com, Acquire] but will use their own equipment and software licenses unless otherwise specified.
Requirements (Qualifications)

Experience:
-
7+ years in client facing product management with a preference in coming from a Marketing Technology background. Agency, or SaaS.

Working Knowledge of industry standard CRM tools (Lead Capture, Workflows, Processes,...)

Technical Skills:

Postman like tools for testing

Media Google Analytics,

Web development basic understanding of forms, call tracking, etc

RESTful API mapping

Portfolio/Work Samples: Required upon application

Business Requirements:

Must have own computer, reliable internet, and mobile phone.

Must carry professional liability insurance (or Errors & Omissions) if required by the contract.

Must be authorized to work as an independent contractor in their country/state of residence.

Compliance & Legal (Standard Statement)
This is an independent contractor agreement, not an employment agreement. The contractor is not entitled to employee benefits (health insurance, PTO, 401k, sick leave, equity, bonuses, etc.). The contractor controls their own work hours (within agreed-upon deadlines and meeting schedules) and may work for other companies, provided there is no conflict of interest or breach of confidentiality. Ignite Visibility will not withhold taxes or provide workers' compensation insurance. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and licenses.
