Analytical Development Scientific Lead
We are looking for an experienced professional who enjoys coordinating analytical development activities, supporting product development, and collaborating actively with international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide analytical support for EUROAPI R&D development projects, including chromatographic, titration, spectroscopic, and other analytical techniques;
Apply EUROAPI R&D international guidelines and management expectations in daily work;
Participate in the development and/or adaptation of new analytical methods for testing products under development, in line with regulatory requirements and customer needs; coordinate method validation activities;
Organize analytical testing of products, intermediates, and materials used in manufacturing at various stages of development; collect, systematize, and analyze trends in results; communicate findings to development units;
Perform quality assessments of products under development and issue the required certificates of analysis;
Summarize analytical experience and oversee the preparation, review, and approval of procedures and quality specifications;
Conduct professional discussions with international partners on product quality and quality control matters;
Coordinate analytical development activities related to industrial technologies;
Review methods used for inprocess control;
Review quality and quality control sections of technological documentation;
Actively participate in site and R&D investigations and handle OOS cases;
Initiate and coordinate stability studies related to R&D development projects;
Organize preparation for audits and participate actively in audits;
Maintain close contact and cooperation with organizational units involved in development activities, as well as other analytical groups within EUROAPI;
Participate in identifying development needs of team members, preparing training plans, and onboarding new colleagues;
Propose instrument procurement and modernization;
Participate in planning projects related to the professional area and in preparing cost estimates.
Requirements:
Higher education degree in a relevant field; a PhD and/or a relevant second degree is an advantage;
Minimum 10 years of professional experience; international pharmaceutical development experience is preferred;
Confident, businesslevel English proficiency;
Proficient computer skills;
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as willingness to lead a professional team.
