Join a centralized processing team supporting innovative escrow operations and pilot initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery. In this role, you’ll support high-volume escrow transactions by managing critical operational and administrative tasks that help escrow teams stay focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.This position offers the opportunity to work closely with escrow branches, internal partners, and clients while contributing to evolving workflows and technology-driven operational processes.

What You’ll Do
Support escrow openings and closings
Set up and maintain escrow files and documentation
Prepare correspondence and order preliminary title reports
Process fund disbursements and prepare closing statements and closing letters
Order payoffs, lien information, HOA documents, and evidence of insurance
Coordinate courier scheduling and delivery instructions
Distribute preliminary reports and provide updates as needed
Communicate with branch teams, internal partners, and clients throughout the escrow process
Follow established escrow procedures and assist with resolving processing issues
Support team goals and help maintain efficient operations
Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of escrow processing experience
Understanding of escrow procedures and general escrow operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
