Position: Substitute Teacher (Short- and Long-term positions available)
Location: All Schools
Type: Substitute/Temporary Leave Replacement
Partnership Schools is seeking applications for both long-term and short-term substitute teachers at our schools across Cleveland. We are looking for individuals who share an unwavering commitment to raising student achievement and an appreciation and respect for Catholic culture, identity, and values.

Partnership Schools is seeking applications for both long-term and short-term substitute teachers at our schools across Cleveland. We are looking for individuals who share an unwavering commitment to raising student achievement and an appreciation and respect for Catholic culture, identity, and values.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing a positive and structured classroom environment that engages students and motivates them to succeed
- Fulfilling the school’s mission to educate the whole child, mind, body, and spirit
- Internalizing lesson plans and delivering high-level instruction
- Collaboration with school leaders and colleagues
- Creating and communicating with families of students in a positive and respectful manner
The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep respect for and commitment to preserving and building upon the legacy of urban Catholic education
- An uncompromising belief that all students can learn
- Technological proficiency and adaptability
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to multi-task, coupled with the ability to set priorities and follow through with results
Position Requirements:
- Respect for and appreciation of the Catholic faith and Catholic education
- Must pass a background check
