Talent Finding Specialist

Provides the full range of talent finding services to identify and attract talent to support RWS’ delivery and growth in key areas, to enable the expansion of our service offering to clients.  Applies advanced recruitment and selection expertise to ensure results, frequently in strategic and/or complex areas. Implements large-scale projects and/or initiatives, manages these independently and with creative solutions. Collaborates cross-organizationally to identify ways to enhance the supply chain function.
