Project Manager

Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to new product development and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced boat manufacturing environment. This role serves as the central point of communication between Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex projects while driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
