Clarivate is seeking to hire a Manager, IP Laws to join our team in Belgrade.
In this role, you will lead a team of IP experts, ensuring delivery of high-quality services while aligning IP strategies with business objectives. You will play a key role in managing operations, driving process improvements, and supporting both internal stakeholders and external clients.

About You
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Intellectual Property, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 7 years of relevant professional experience (with at least 1 year of work experience with IPfolio or similar IPMS tools, 1+ year of experience working in client-facing roles)

- Previous experience mentoring or guiding colleagues
- Understanding of IP-related transactions such as licensing, contracts, and litigation
What will you be doing in this role?
- Manage day-to-day operations of the IP team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services
- Lead the implementation of IP strategies aligned with business objectives; Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with IP regulations
- Oversee research on global IP law developments and ensure the team stays up to date
- Provide support on IP-related transactions, including contracts, licensing, and litigation; Drive continuous improvements in IP processes and promote best practices
- Engage directly with clients when needed, providing expert guidance and support
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of IP professionals
- Set clear goals and performance metrics aligned with team and department objectives
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities; Contribute to staffing decisions and team growth; Communicate policies, processes, and expectations to stakeholders
About the Team
The team consists of Intellectual Property professionals focused on maintaining and enhancing IP data quality, supporting client needs, and ensuring alignment with the latest legal and regulatory standards.
Hours of Work
This is a permanent full-time position, working hours are from 9am to 5pm. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
