We’re seeking an experienced Global Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships, drive business development, and manage key projects to ensure the agency’s continued success and growth.

Position Overview

As Global Account Manager, you’ll step into a key leadership role at the crossroads of content production, creativity, and innovation. You’ll collaborate with global brands, shaping how content is scaled and personalized for international audiences.

Our partnerships with global clients have been journeys of innovation and growth, focused on streamlining localization, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting major global launches. From local adaptations to enhancing communication channels, we’ve been pivotal to our clients’ success in 40+ markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and strengthen executive client relationships, expanding partnerships through strategic initiatives.
• Ensure measurable client satisfaction and deliver innovative production solutions.
• Drive business development across Havas and Prose on Pixels, identifying opportunities within existing clients and new prospects.
• Generate significant revenue growth through competitive, insight-driven proposals rooted in production excellence and compelling pitches.
• Enhance operational frameworks internally, empowering teams to execute efficiently across markets.
• Improve workflows, resource allocation, and coordination to boost quality and speed for complex, multi-market projects.
• Ensure strong financial management for your portfolio, including forecasting and reporting.
• Contribute to growth targets and participate in leadership discussions on business performance, innovation, and client strategy.
• Articulate the value of integrated, scalable solutions to senior stakeholders, leveraging deep production knowledge and emerging tech expertise.

Based in our Prague hub, you’ll join a collaborative, multicultural team of project managers, designers, technologists, and digital experts. You’ll thrive in a competitive, fast-evolving landscape where differentiating Prose on Pixels demands deep production knowledge, emerging tech expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while clearly articulating the value of integrated, scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience as an Account Manager, specifically within an advertising agency, production company, or a direct competitor.
• Client Management: Proven track record in managing direct client relationships, demonstrating strong basic account management capabilities, fostering partnerships, and driving account growth for global accounts.
• Business Development: Demonstrated success in leading pitches, developing compelling proposals, and contributing to new business acquisitions.
• Communication & Presentation: Exceptional presentation skills, including a proven ability to strategically put together compelling decks (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides), articulating complex solutions clearly and persuasively to build trust with clients.
• Language: Bilingual proficiency in English is essential. Additional language skills are a significant plus, with French being particularly advantageous.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of content production, localization, and digital marketing strategies in a global context.
• Leadership: Experience in overseeing complex projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across different markets.
• Personal Attributes: High energy and a proactive attitude, coupled with a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
