Special Education Teacher- Long Term Substitute

West Hartford Public Schools is seeking to fill a Long-Term Substitute Special Education teacher position at Post-Secondary. Looking for a dynamic teacher to support our Post-Secondary Program at the start of the school year. An ideal candidate will have experience implementing IEP Transition goals and objectives. Have strong communication skills and enjoy being part of a team. The anticipated end of assignment for this position is September 2026.

 CT Certification (165) is preferred, but not required.
