Provide professional service for any guest (male or female) including benefits, indications & contraindications. Organize and schedule all guests booking. This role is part of Spa department, reporting into Spa Manager.

What you will do:
岗位职责:
The ability to operate the Spa RA system for spa reservations and all other Spa Soft functions.
能够操作水疗预订系统(Spa RA系统)以及所有其他水疗管理软件功能;
The ability to upsell treatments to guests when booking
在客人预订时能够向其推荐升级服务项目
The ability to ensure all decoration always looks fresh and to Standards within the Spa reception area.
能够确保水疗前台区域的装饰始终保持清新并符合标准
The ability to handle guest complaints and to notify spa management.
能够处理客人投诉并及时通知水疗管理层。
What you bring:
岗位要求:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization
至少1年于四季酒店或国际五星级酒店同等职位工作经验。
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.
需要具备操作电脑设备的知识或能力,包括文字处理和电子表格软件。
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
熟练掌握 Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint。
Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation

Requires basic computer skills for online training

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language
