Integration Engineer

We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to support the implementation of our payment solutions by working closely with clients’ development teams. In this role, you’ll guide customers throughout the integration process, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful certifications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

* Guide client developers through the implementation of our payment solutions.

* Provide technical support during integration, testing, and certification.

* Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.

* Validate and document completed integrations.

* Communicate APIs, technical requirements, and integration specifications.

* Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.

* Manage multiple integration projects while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

 

What we’re looking for

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or API integrations.

* Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, HTTP, and Web Services.

* Experience with tools such as Postman, Swagger, Jira, or Salesforce.

* Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, .NET, or PHP.

* Experience in payment platforms or fintech is a plus.

* Intermediate English with the ability to participate in technical conversations.

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.
