Senior Project Manager (MEP) / $90 - $100k DOE / Charleston, SC

Design Build Mechanical, A Crete United Company is seeking a Sr Mechanical (HVAC) Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include account management, estimating, purchasing, scheduling, manpower & quality management, margin control, and project closeout. Requires 5+ year's experience, mechanical work estimating skills, strong communication, and computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, PM software). Construction experience is a plus.
