Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for providing expert consultation services and solutions for routine and complex employee relations issues related to performance management, employee life cycle, attendance, process guidelines, and policies
- Handle complex, confidential, and/or sensitive inquiries/requests and assume ownership of cases, following established processes
- Support the review, update, and maintenance of HR Services documentation for assigned areas (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions) to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes
- Proactively escalates issues as needed to the appropriate partner within HR
- Follow up with employees and managers on incomplete processes, resolution of HR and benefit issues, timesheet discrepancies
- Perform quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all HR services delivered to partners
- Identify areas of process improvement and potential liability regarding HR compliance
- Provide necessary trainings to new HR team members and managers concerning HR Services procedures
- Coordinate, assist and conduct investigations as assigned
- Prepare reports and analyze data on HRS metrics and translate for use in discussions for performance review meetings
- Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
- Participate in HR projects
- Give mentoring support for junior team members/new joiners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
Skills:
- Excel knowledge
- Demonstrated effectiveness and ability to work independently regardless of distractions and/or general noise
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to coordinate projects/project team
- Stakeholder management
