Why this role matters
As part of the Human Resources Team, your role is to ensure the smooth operation of office activities and providing essential support to the HR department
Your mission: deliver talent needs, all kind of office administration management and working closely with sale managers or key stakeholder.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
Office Administration:
- Develop, implement and ensure the archiving of the office policies and procedures to guide operations.
- Manage general administrative duties, including organizing company events, handling office maintenance, and managing supplies and equipment.
- Arrange staff events including travel arrangements for Biocodex team and client visits to foster a positive work environment.
Human Resources:
- Consolidation and filling all personnel profile, make sure all profiles are fully uploaded on WD. Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Labor contract management
- Update HR policy and HR reports
- Process staff absence and holiday requests.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from pre-employment checks to exit interviews.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, staff appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Employer branding: contact Universities and arrange meeting with the University relations for branding.
- Support the recruitment process by liaising with recruitment agencies and conducting initial screenings.
- Main contact for hiring staff/executive level
- Sourcing the CSR channel for CSR activities
What you bring

- A degree in business management with a focus on organization skills
- Proven experience in a similar role within Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong command of people skills. Ability to handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Professional or fluent English.
- Ability to prioritize, structure, and move work forward with sound judgment.
- A working style that balances autonomy, high standards, and collaboration.
- A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
