Job Description

ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Complaint & RMA Management: Handle customer complaints, returns (RMA), and the analysis of returned products in accordance with company policies. Track the resolution process to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

    根据公司规定,处理客户投诉、客户退换货、检测分析退回产品、处理客户诉求并跟踪处理,以维护良好的客户关系。

  • Root Cause Analysis & Improvement: For returns caused by quality issues, utilize quality tools to coordinate and drive improvements across relevant departments (including internal plants, overseas factories, and suppliers). Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and methodologies.

    如退货原因是质量问题,需利用质量工具协调并推动相关部门(包含厂内、国外工厂、供应商)进行改善处理,具备积极主动解决问题能力和方法。

  • Manage team to report, record, analyze, and test defective returned products. Generate comprehensive quality analysis reports, including but not limited to 8D reports, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and PSR.

    管理团队对退货不良品进行记录分析检测,输出质量分析报告,包括但不限于:8D报告、CAPAPSR等。

  • IQC & Supplier Quality: Manage incoming material anomalies for Resale products at IQC (Incoming Quality Control). Determine non-conformance, provide feedback, and drive suppliers to implement improvements.

    负责Resale产品IQC来料异常问题处理,不合格品判定、反馈并推动供应商改善。

  • Customer Audits: Assist in and coordinate responses to relevant customer audits.

    配合应对相关客户审核。

  • On-site Support: Travel to customer sites as necessary to resolve reported issues on-site.

    对于客户反馈的问题,必要时需出差进行现场处理。

  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

    部门经理安排的其他工作。

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (working proficiency); capable of conducting meetings and communicating effectively with international colleagues.

    英语能作为工作语言使用,可以与国外同事开会沟通;

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

    本科以上学历,机械制造、机电/电器等相关专业;

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control; experience in handling customer complaints is highly preferred; familiarity with the basic technical requirements of sensor products and the ability to interpret technical documentation.

    具备5年以上质量控制相关经验,有处理客户投诉工作经验为佳;了解传感器类产品的基本技术要求,能够看懂技术资料;

  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites on an irregular basis.

    能够适应不定期前往客户现场出差;

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in quality improvement tools and methodologies, specifically 8D, CAPA, and PSP.

    了解并能熟练运用质量改善工具,8DCAPAPSP等;

  • Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility and a fast learner.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
