
Senior Divisional Architect, Transportation
Job Description
Divisional Architecture Execution: Lead divisional architecture roadmaps aligned to business, domain, and enterprise strategy.
Business Alignment & Capability Planning: Turn business strategy into architecture priorities and investment direction.
Pattern Application Governance: Ensure approved enterprise and domain patterns are applied consistently.
Divisional Decision Authority: Serve as the division’s architecture decision authority within approved standards.
Solution Oversight & Assurance: Guide solution design to ensure alignment with enterprise and divisional architecture.
Platform, Integration & Portfolio Optimization: Optimize platforms, integration, and the portfolio to reduce cost and complexity.
Enterprise Alignment & Reuse: Promote reuse of shared capabilities, solutions, and standards across divisions.
Exception Management: Identify and escalate architecture exceptions that affect standards or cross-divisional needs.
Divisional Enablement: Coach teams on architecture direction, patterns, and delivery expectations.
- Education Required: Degree in Computer Science or related post-secondary education
Master of Business Administration
TOGAF Certification
High level of understanding of BAIT architecture
