Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Houston-area ABA clinics. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, ethical caseload expectations, strong RBT and BCBA support, family-owned leadership, and total earning potential up to $111K.

We are family-owned and clinician-operated, with low turnover, tenured leadership, and a patient-first model that gives BCBAs the support they need to do quality clinical work.

$85,000–$95,000 base salary + up to $16,000 in performance incentives
