Service Advisor Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience
- Advise customers on recommended Ford services, repairs, and maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately write and manage service repair orders with clear, detailed information for the technician team
- Communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely and quality completion of work
- Upsell Ford-recommended maintenance services, protection plans, and accessories when appropriate
- Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding vehicle status, timelines, and additional service needs
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and high customer satisfaction scores
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented Ford dealership environment
Service Advisor Benefits and Compensation
Pay Range: Make $80,000 to $150,000 annually!

Service Advisor Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Ford or dealership experience preferred)
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, management, and customers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional, customer-first approach
- Strong attention to detail, including accurate documentation, follow-up, and repair order management
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
