Job Description
- Manage and scale the crisis management framework globally, aligning cross-functional partners and monitoring emerging threats.
- Establish and maintain the critical tools and resources necessary for rapid, effective crisis communication and co-ordination.
- Design and deliver tailored training and realistic simulation exercises to build capability and pressure-test response plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during activations, guiding responses to protect assets and minimize disruption.
- Conduct post-incident reviews, assess program risks, and document lessons learned to remediate gaps and continuously mature the program.
