Job Description

The Manager Client Experience is responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, retention, and satisfaction for a portfolio of GEODIS Strategic clients. This role focuses on enhancing the end-to-end client experience, supporting renewal and growth opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for accounts in alignment with GEODIS strategic objectives. The Manager will contribute to financial performance by supporting budget and forecast processes and ensuring operational excellence.
