Lead Operator (Extrusion)

Winpak Films is seeking a Lead Operator to join our Extrusion team in Senoia, GA. In this role, you will take the lead in overseeing extrusion operators, ensuring safety, quality, and production standards are met. You will serve as a role model for operators, provide hands-on training, and support process improvements to achieve team and departmental goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced extrusion operator looking to advance into a leadership path toward Shift Supervisor.
