Essential Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages according to established service standards.
• Assist with dining room setup, table settings, and side work assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining room.
• Refill beverages, clear tables, and assist residents as needed.
• Follow food safety and infection control guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.
• Attend required training sessions and team meetings.
• Provide exceptional hospitality while promoting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous serving, hospitality, restaurant service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Requirements

• Must be available to work weekends on a regular basis.
• Must be available to work holidays.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
