Managing Director, Enterprise Risk Management Strategy, Governance, and Transformation

The Head of Enterprise Risk Management Strategy, Governance, and Transformation is a senior leadership role within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO). This role is responsible for driving strategic execution, operational excellence, regulatory engagement, and program transformation efforts across the ERM team at Cornerstone Capital Bank.   This leader will play a critical role in advancing the maturity of the bank’s ERM framework, enhancing risk governance, and ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations. The role operates as a central hub for coordination across ERM teams, enabling effective decision-making through high-quality reporting, insights, and program oversight.
