Billing Operations Specialist I

The Billing Operations Specialist I is responsible for performing various tasks using internal reports, responding to internal emails, and updating changes to an insured’s policy. In addition, this role provides exceptional customer service and support to our insureds and Independent Agents, State Farm Agents, and GAIA channels.
