About the Role
We are seeking a Manager for our Bank Administration to join our Global Treasury team. This role will lead a team responsible for bank account management and online banking administration across global entities.
This position requires a hands-on leader who takes full ownership of operations, drives execution, and ensures strong controls and seamless coordination across internal stakeholders and global banking partners.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Bank Account Management
Lead the full lifecycle of fund-level and corporate bank accounts (opening, maintenance, closures)
Ensure accuracy and integrity of bank account data across systems
Drive bank fee analysis and invoicing; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Maintain and administer Authorized Signatory Lists (ASL) with a strong control focus
Coordinate documentation and confirmations with banking partners
Support regulatory reporting (e.g., FBAR) through detailed data validation and review
Online Banking Administration
Lead user access and entitlements across global banking platforms
Ensure timely processing of onboarding, updates, and terminations
Maintain accurate tracking of internal and third-party access
Drive audit readiness by ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies
Monitor and ensure all requests are completed within defined SLAs
Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team supporting treasury operations
Act as the primary escalation point and drive issues through to resolution
Own end-to-end delivery of all requests, ensuring nothing is delayed or dropped
Independently prioritize high volumes of requests with competing deadlines and business impact
Provide clear, proactive, and timely communication to global stakeholders, including senior management
Monitor KPIs and ensure service levels and performance targets are consistently met
Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency gains
Maintain and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and control
Additional Responsibilities
Support system implementations, enhancements, and testing initiatives
Contribute to strategic and technology-driven improvements across treasury functions
Provide cross-functional, hands-on support, including payments processing as needed
Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Financial Operations
3+ years of people management experience
Proven ability to own processes end-to-end and operate with a high level of accountability
Strong knowledge of bank account management and online banking platforms
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging (MT101, MT103, MT900, MT910) preferred
Experience with Treasury Management Systems is a plus
Advanced Excel skills preferred

This is an offshore role based in Hyderabad supporting global teams
Requires flexibility to align with U.S. (Pacific Time) business hours, including evening/night shifts as needed

Requires consistent collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders and global banking partners
Ability to manage deliverables across time zones with strict timelines is critical
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
