Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The CSS Field Sales Support Specialist provides administration of the CSS Franchise Fleet and SAFE Fleet programs for U.S. customer-facing teams. 

• The individual manages vendor credentialing, interacting with vendors, customers, for field and office-based employees. 

• He/she manages field awards and recognition preparation assistance, and compliance training tracking for assigned business units within CSS. 

• Additional responsibilities include but not limited to employee orientation, field rosters, and other field support activities. 


Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position: 


• Administers and manages the Company’s Corporate Fleet program. 

• Ensures compliance with all related policies and procedures related to Corporate Fleet; i.e. vehicle ordering, and corporate reporting, annual assessments, and joining appropriate committees to research and provide recommendations for change; 

• Administers and manages the Company’s SAFE Fleet program.

• Ensures compliance with all related policies and procedures related to the SAFE Fleet program and acts as the liaison with the Corporate SAFE Fleet team. 

• Participating on appropriate committees researching and providing recommendations for SAFE Fleet change; 

• Sits on three SAFE Fleet Councils, NATL and VRMIT, and outside Fleet Safety Conference; 

• Attends three Fleet industry conferences a year; Fleet Safety, NETS, SAFE Fleet Team; 

• Provides monthly and quarterly Field Fleet reports to Field Leadership Teams; 

• Manages Field Fleet Champion Team; preparing reports, spearheading video production by the team for educational purposes for drivers, and coordinating promotions to advance the environment of safety for our drivers; 

• Teams with Recruiters in verification and/or resolution for prospective candidate MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) reports; 

• Maintaining SAFE Fleet and Corporate Fleet CSS SharePoint Site; Initiate, implements, and administer SAFE Fleet Policies, working closely with WW Director and Director of Americas for SAFE Fleet; 

• Administer implementation of internal programs to insure Driver Safety, and compliance with Corporate Fleet’s driver requirements; e.g. VRM Telematics Program, Cell Phone policy; 

• Participates in separate annual Corporate Assessments for Fleet and SAFE Fleet; 

• Sits on two Credentialing Councils; Interoperable Credentialing Advisory Board (HCIR) (outside the company, comprised of representatives from medical industry suppliers and providers, and internal Hospital Credentialing Team; 

• Assists the US Field Sales, Senior Management, and office Staff with vendor credentialing, ensuring employees and managers have access to relevant information to complete this process; Design, creation and implementation of forms and resource documents for the changing policies, etc. of the credentialing industry; 

• Teams with Sourcing for vendor credentialing negotiations regarding annual vendor credentialing company contracts; 

• Maintaining Vendor Credentialing SharePoint Site; 

• Coordinating and working with outside Vendor Credentialing Companies; legal and HCC department; 

• Provides assistance to the US Sales organization in preparing for sales awards and recognition events such as the National Training Meeting; attending National Meeting to distribute and facilitate awards; 

• Negotiates pricing on awards, research new awards, delivery and distribution and organization of shipment and presentation at NTM; 

• Responsible for miscellaneous field support activities including but not limited to employee orientation, field roster management, and scrubs ordering; 

• Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition; 

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures; Performs other duties assigned as needed.
