Job Description

Customer Support Representative Manage client communication and order processing, ensuring accurate and timely service. Monitor stock, pricing, and reports while supporting inventory activities and operational improvements. Ideal Candidate Profile University degree completed, preferably in economics. Advanced English skills (written and spoken). Experience in customer relations is an advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate information, both internally (colleagues) and externally (clients). Solid PC skills; experience with management software (ERP) is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proactive mindset: ability to come up with suggestions and improvement initiatives. Main Responsibilities Manage the daily relationship with the assigned client portfolio – via ERP system, email, or phone. Take over and process orders in accordance with agreed contractual terms. Calculate prices and monitor the profitability of clients in the portfolio. Prepare analyses and reports – responsible for their accuracy and completeness. Analyze and manage stock; actively participate in periodic inventories. Mainly office-based activity – physical presence in the factory is required.
