FM Helper

We are seeking an organized and efficient FM Helper to join our facilities management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an FM Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.

• Assist with routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs throughout the facility
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with established procedures
• Support the facilities management team in responding to maintenance requests and issues
• Conduct regular inspections of building areas to identify and report potential problems
• Help maintain inventory of supplies and equipment used in facility operations
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for events or meetings as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and any issues encountered
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge related to facilities management

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Prior experience in facilities management or related field preferred
• Relevant vocational training in building maintenance or facilities management a plus
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems beneficial
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
