Position Overview
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 1‑year‑old child in West New York, NJ. This is a wonderful opportunity for nurses who love pediatrics and enjoy providing focused, individualized care in a supportive home environment.
We have immediate openings for daytime shifts, offering steady hours and a predictable schedule. Our pediatric team provides strong clinical support, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout your time on the case.
Key Responsibility
Provide daytime pediatric nursing care — Support the child’s daily needs, comfort, and safety during daytime hours
Pay Rates
RN: $39–$41/hr
LPN: $35–$38/hr
Qualifications
Active New Jersey RN or LPN License
Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
