Job Description
Purpose of the Job
You will be responsible for leading a client specific transformation program within HH Global. This will include identifying and driving change proactively both internally and within senior client stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned to a shared vision and strategic roadmap.
Reporting into the Global Account Director, and working collaboratively with the BAU regional account team, this role will set the vision and lead the way in delivering a best-in-class operating program that unlocks value, provides client satisfaction and drives business growth across retail marketing activation channels.
As the owner of the transformation activities within this key client you will immerse yourself in our client's marketing communities to ensure understanding and alignment to their overall vision. You will work in collaboration with the internal BAU teams and coordinating with the wider HH Global support teams to take both client and internal teams on a program of change, documenting progress and identifying future opportunities. Our client is looking for change, and the right attitude, approach and expertise will be critical to gaining trust and leading this change.
You'll need a background in Retail Marketing Activation and a proven track record for strategic planning, client stakeholder engagement and change management. You will be a strong strategic thinker with the ability to question the norm and challenge the status quo, building collateral to gain the necessary support.
This is role can be based on a blended basis from any of our UK offices.
Key Responsibilities
Create a partnership relationship and sense of community with client stakeholders
Responsibility for the global transformation program to be undertaken with our client, balancing the different levels of maturity and pace-requirements within each market
Work collaboratively with the BAU and internal support teams to create and deliver against a client transformation roadmap
Identify opportunities and implement initiatives / technology that improve process efficiency and drive increased revenue opportunities
Provide program delivery governance, expertise and reporting as part of the client engagement team ensuring we are delivering to the requirements of our client contracts
Develop and deliver a suitable communication plan to ensure we share success across stakeholders on a global scale
Drive the client sustainability and innovation agenda, working with key SMEs within the business to ensure we are leading the way across each market
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Substantial experience managing client relationships across marketing and procurement
Proven and extensive client experience within the Retail industry
In-depth operational experience delivering services to clients
Strong experience in Marketing Activation, ideally within Print, Point of Sale Materials (POSM) + Permanent display
Significant experience of working with multinational stakeholder groups
Experience of development and delivery within multiple markets
Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering results driven transformational change programs
Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies
Strong presentation skills, ability to present convincingly to a senior audience
Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills

Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop relationships with clients and colleagues
Organized, effective under pressure and able to consistently deliver
Demonstrate strength numerically, financially and commercially
