The Salesforce Consultant at Capgemini is responsible for leading business discussions, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with Salesforce best practices. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to maximize business value from the Salesforce platform while delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.

As part of Capgemini’s global delivery model, the consultant will play a key role in shaping customer-centric solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products
• Configure Salesforce features including:
• Workflows and Flow Builder
• Page layouts and Lightning components
• Validation rules
• Reports and dashboards
• Lead discovery workshops, solution design sessions, system demos, and end-user training
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers to convert functional designs into detailed technical specifications
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and change management activities
• Ensure Salesforce implementations adhere to platform best practices, security standards, and governance models
• Support integration activities with third-party systems and assist with data migration efforts
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and optimization recommendations
• Contribute to solution documentation and knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions
