POSITION: Parts Room Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager
SUMMARY
Sources and purchases parts. Manages the iMaintenance CMMS system. Maintains inventory records and other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a safe & clean work area.
- Maintain parts inventories
- Purchase parts and equipment in accordance to official policy
- Maintain the iMaintenance system.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

- Must be computer literate and capable of learning different software
- Must be able to organize time and duties to complete in a timely manner
- Must be able to interface well with vendors and both internal and external customers.
EXPERIENCE
- Needs a solid understanding of both written & spoken English
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Must be able to count & perform simple mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Able to bend and lift 50 lbs. without assistance
