Nurse Practitioner (Remote)

What we do: PeakHealth is creating a new care delivery platform that integrates comprehensive women’s health, longevity care, and functional medicine into everyday primary care.

What we do: Proactive virtual care that combines diagnostics, lifestyle guidance, and clinician access.

Role: Provide virtual care, guide patients through diagnostics, support onboarding/retention.

You bring: Licensed NP, 2+ years clinical care. Comfort with telehealth. Bonus: functional/lifestyle medicine.
