As a Guidewire QA Senior Associate, you will specialize in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, confirming they meet desired standards and perform as expected. Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. Responsibilities
- Conducting quality assurance testing for Guidewire applications to confirm they meet desired standards
- Implementing automation testing strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in software performance evaluations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for Guidewire integration
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform testing methodologies
- Performing functional testing to validate the effectiveness of Guidewire InsuranceSuite components
- Leading regression testing efforts to identify and address potential issues in software updates
- Developing and maintaining testing documentation to support seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate needs and deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and uphold technical standards
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Excelling in analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights
