Payroll Process Specialist
Job Description
The Payroll Process Specialist is responsible for designing end-to-end HR processes and contributing to business decisions for the implementation of a new payroll system.
This role involves mapping out existing payroll processes, participating in design sessions and system test activities, and identifying any implementation roadblocks to coordinate with leadership for mitigation. Additionally, the Payroll Process Specialist is accountable for identifying and defining business process changes, reviewing, controlling, and requesting changes, as well as analyzing their impacts.
