Objectives
Overall business responsibility for digital products in the Satair e-Commerce ecosystem in alignment with defined objectives as well as in alignment with Satair’s digital team
Deliver of targets set for digital products in scope both in terms of product road map and commercial KPIs
Primary Responsibilities
In alignment with Satair’s business and ASC objectives. Identify market trends and opportunities for growth, ensuring Satair remains a leader on our digital platforms and specifically the Satair marketplace offerings
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of Satair´s digital products, ensuring efficient processes for activities in scope (ae. onboarding customers, onboarding suppliers, facilitating transactions.)
Monitor the digital products performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to enhance functionality and sales.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (ae. suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders)
Ensure alignment of the digital products with relevant internal functions; (ae. Product Management, Customer Resolution Management, Customer Order Handling)
Support, participate in and contribute to projects related to e-Commerce and digital transformation of Satair.
Engage with cross-functional teams (IT, PM, legal, marketing, customer service) to ensure validated and targeted enhancement of digital products in scope
Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and support implementation of marketing strategies in relation to the digital products in scope
Together with business analysts and Process and Performance Managers,conduct and document the business requirement for the digital products in scope to be handed over for development and implementation in close cooperation with the process community and Satair functions
Secondary Responsibilities
Support the e-commerce team with joint development effort to enhance the user experience of Satair Customers
Participate and support in related digital development projects
Support activities related to Satair Market and other initiatives within e.commerce

Professional Skills
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Business, Management
Experience with the product ownership role for digital product in an industrial B2B environment
Experience of agile and waterfall methodologies for business and digital development
Experience in coordinating multiple activities and projects
Advanced skills in the use of spreadsheets, slides creation , ability to create eye catching, energy exuding presentations
Strong analytics skills for both business requirement assessment as well as translating these into implementation
Strong business acumen - able to drive B2B sales in a digital environment, understand what the drivers are
Speak and write fluent English
Main KPIs
Deliver the scoped digital products roadmap agreed on time, cost and specification
OI and Revenue generated on digital products in scope
Conversion rate on digital products initiatives in line with business case expectations
Secondary KPIs
Comply with Satair’s mission, values and Quality Management procedures
Comply with Satair’s guidelines on Ethics & Compliance
Understanding, sharing and living of Satair values and rules
Respect Satair processes and procedures agreed per function
Keep the direct report informed of the status of agreed tasks and of any critical problem areas
Participate in optimizing Satair’s business procedures by applying existing Satair’s IT systems
Comment/advise on unsatisfactory situations within the organization, and propose potential solutions for improvements
Identify and offer suggestions to improve efficiency
Be well informed about and familiar with the latest developments in Satair's business
