Lead daily office operations by providing guidance, training, and support to a small team. Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of critical Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and pricing reports, ensuring smooth execution of key business functions
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinates training, provide guidance, and updates employees in work group regarding proper operational procedures for office support functions.
• Aligning with core company initiatives to facilitate sales and Brand Management contributions
• Assists with maintaining department records, report, and leads special projects as requested.
• Performs regular work assignments as part of the unit/department.
• Aids other support areas regarding cross functional assignments/tasks.
• Provides guidance and training to lower-level office support team members.
• Assumes work coverage responsibilities in the absence of supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Leadership/Management experience
- Office functions to include customer service, AR, and AP (Chain Grocery/Retail experience in these areas is preferred!)
- o Provide thoughtful leadership, high-level and detailed planning around all office functions.
- o Ability to work varying hours when the need arises to cover team members who are out.
- Strong MS Suite, ERP experience a plus (High Jumo, NetSuite)
Education
o Have a minimum of an associate’s degree or comparable work experience
