Introduction: Responsible for the hand assembly of parts into the electronic circuit board for conformance to established specifications. Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate ability to properly assemble components into printed circuit boards- demonstrate proper technique for clinching and trimming leads- demonstrate proper material handling techniques to ensure component reliability and to avoid damaging components and boards - set-up, verify, and use tools and equipment in area- operate and verify torque of torque wrenches - follow requirements for 1st piece inspections and in-process audits- identify and segregate non-conforming material- review shelf life of materials prior to usage (when applicable)- demonstrate proper handling precautions when working with...
