Houston Facility Locations:

- Building Maintenance:
The Facility Technician is responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of the facility’s water, gas, heating, and ventilation systems. This applies to all buildings within the premises. - Spare Parts:
The Facility Technician is responsible for forecasting, ordering, and maintaining stock of supplies necessary for ongoing repairs. This includes consumables such as pipe clamps, sealants, etc. - Major Repairs and Investments:
The Facility Technician supports the Facility Maintenance Supervisor in carrying out planned major repairs and investment projects. They assist in developing plans in cooperation with the supervisor to complete the required work with minimal disruption to production operations.
- Contractors:
The Facility Technician must cooperate with external contractors when necessary. While contractors are present on-site, the designated Facility Technician is responsible for their supervision.
- Production Support:
The Facility Technician is responsible for coordinating required facility maintenance activities in real time in cooperation with the Production Supervisor, and for prioritizing tasks to minimize production disruption. - Order and Cleanliness:
The Facility Technician ensures that all areas are cleaned at the end of a shift or project, and that no tools or obstructions are left behind. - Workplace Safety:
A key aspect of facility-related tasks is adherence to safety regulations. This includes isolating water, gas, and HVAC systems before beginning work, providing ladders or platforms when required, and having fire protection equipment on standby during hot work, etc. - Environmental Protection:
The Facility Technician must comply with the company’s health, safety, and environmental regulations while performing their duties. - Tools:
Every Facility Technician is responsible for maintaining a properly equipped workshop. All tools must be in safe and functional condition. Devices or instruments requiring calibration must be calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. - Reporting:
The Facility Technician must report all significant malfunctions to their supervisor, including the cause, duration, and names of personnel involved in the repair.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field
